Have your say and help improve Townsville

The City of Townsville is conducting a liveability assessment and you are invited to participate. Your voice will help shape future city planning decisions. 

The City has engaged an independent research organisation, Place Score, to conduct the survey. Place Score is the world’s first placemaking analysis platform. It uses human-centred data to advise and inform government and the property sector on how to invest in communities. The information and opinions you provide are completely confidential will be used only for research purposes.

There are two surveys presented back-to-back. The first survey which covers your ideal neighbourhood, takes about 7 minutes to complete. The second survey which covers the Townsville suburb which you know best will take you a little longer.

As incentive, each survey participant has the chance of winning one of ten $100 gift vouchers which you can use at over 80 retailers.
